From its humble beginning, Global Lite, Inc.’s (“Global Lite”) history began when Sahr Lebbie and Tessa Decker decide to give back to the community by utilizing all they skills they had learned and observed from working in healthcare to create a company that not only served aspects of a client; but also the whole. That approach remains their guiding principle as they decided to expand into other business sectors in the United States and Africa.

Under its current corporate structure, Global Lite is a privately held United States management company that specializes in the financing and development of diversified business projects. Although established in 2020, it is the parent organization for a diversified portfolio of businesses in the United States and Sierra Leone.

The company is comprised of over two hundred (200) professional staff of which, ninety-five percent (95%) are women. Fifty percent (50%) of its management team is comprised of women.

Since its founding, Global Lite owner’s mission and values have successfully guided the organization’s business practices and behaviors.
